More detailed description: it has long saber-shaped pectoral fins and a thin white stripe along its tail. Its top and sides are quite dark gray to steel-blue color but its underside is white to silver color. Albacore can be widely found in sub-tropical and temperate oceans ranging between 13-25 degrees. Albacore tuna is mainly caught from Pacific Ocean.
 Product characteristics: the albacore is the only king of tuna allowed to be called "white meat tuna", due to its white color meat; albacore is also called "the chicken of the sea". Albacore is a mild-tasting. The meat has a somewhat dry texture, and the taste comes close to the taste of chicken meat.
